US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, PACER and CMECF Unavailable Sunday, July 14th

Federal Appellate Court Temporarily Offline

The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, which has jurisdiction over the states of Alabama, Florida and Georgia, will be temporarily offline on Sunday, July 14th, due to scheduled maintenance. During this time, the PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) system and the CMECF (Case Management/Electronic Case Files) system will be unavailable.

Eleventh Circuit Background

The Eleventh Circuit was created in 1981 by subdividing the existing Fifth Circuit. It is based in Atlanta, Georgia. The court has jurisdiction over appeals from the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Florida, the Northern District of Florida, the Southern District of Florida, the Middle District of Georgia, the Northern District of Georgia, the Southern District of Georgia, and the Northern District of Alabama.
