Episode Summary
In the first part of a two-part episode, the team begins a joint investigation with the FBI to catch a serial killer who has been inactive for years.
The team is led by FBI Agent Diane Yates, a personal friend and colleague of Stillman's.
When ballistics tie a recent murder case of Rush's to the serial killer, the team realizes that they are dealing with a dangerous and elusive criminal.
